BCS Bus Charter Service

Terms of Service

Draft — this page is a working template and is being finalised. For any question, use the “Ask a question” button on your quote.

1. Who we are

bcscharter.com is operated by BCS Charter INC (USA) (“BCS”, “we”). We arrange group ground transportation — airport transfers, city and intercity transfers, tours and multi-day coach charters — performed by licensed local coach operators across Europe.

2. Quotes

Quotes generated on this site are firm offers for the services, dates and group size shown on the quotation page, valid until the date printed on it. Prices marked indicative are estimates that our team confirms, normally within 24 business hours. If the quote expires, opening your quote link shows refreshed prices.

3. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed when we receive the payment (or the first instalment) selected on the quotation page and send a confirmation email. The payment schedule — reservation fee, instalments and their due dates — is stated on the quote and in the confirmation. Reservation fees are non-refundable and are credited in full towards the price.

4. What the price includes

Unless the quote says otherwise, prices include the vehicle, fuel, a professional driver and applicable taxes. Road tolls, parking fees, city access permits, entrance fees and driver gratuities are not included unless listed on the quote.

5. Changes by you

Requests to change dates, times, itinerary or group size should be sent as early as possible; changes are subject to availability and may change the price. Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.

6. Changes by us

We may substitute a vehicle of equal or higher category. If a service cannot be performed for reasons within our control, we will offer an alternative or refund the affected service.

7. Luggage and conduct

The standard allowance is one medium suitcase per passenger in the hold plus one carry-on on board; the aisle must stay clear. Special or bulky items must be announced in advance. The driver may refuse carriage to passengers whose behaviour endangers safety; EU driving-time rules (Reg. 561/2006) always take precedence over the itinerary.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price of the affected service, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, force majeure or instructions of authorities.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of incorporation of BCS Charter INC [state/venue to be confirmed], unless mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms: use the “Ask a question” button on your quotation page — your message reaches our team together with your quote reference.
