We use your data to prepare and send your quotation, answer your questions, process bookings and payments, and prevent abuse of the service. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Your trip description and uploaded itinerary are processed by an AI language model (Anthropic Claude, via API) solely to read the itinerary and structure your request; pricing itself is calculated by our own system. The outcome is always a quotation you can review — no decision with legal effect is taken automatically.
Trip details necessary to perform the service (date, route, group size — not your payment data) are shared with the local coach operator performing it. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
Quote requests and quotations are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for our legitimate business records, then deleted or anonymised.
The site uses only functional cookies (e.g. a session cookie for staff sign-in). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict processing. EU/EEA residents can also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
