What we arrange
Airport, port and station transfersMeet-and-greet at arrivals, luggage planning, flight tracking and realistic pick-up times for departures (3 hours before intercontinental flights, 2 hours within Europe).
City and intercity transfersHotel to venue, hotel to hotel, one-way or with the coach waiting. Long-distance legs are planned around EU driving-time limits and may include a second driver.
Sightseeing tours and day hireHalf-day and full-day tours, coach at disposal by the hour, dinner transfers, excursions to the classic day-trip destinations around each city.
Multi-day chartersThe same coach and driver travel with your group for 2 to 14 days across borders. Priced by our multi-day model; longer or complex tours are quoted personally by the Charter Desk.
How it works
- 1. Describe the trip. Type it the way you would in an email, or upload the itinerary as PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or a photo. Dates, flights, hotels, group size and luggage are enough.
- 2. We read and plan. Our system breaks the request into services, picks coaches with enough seats and hold space, checks city access rules and driver-hour regulations, and prices every service from our partners' current rates. If something essential is missing, it asks you, once.
- 3. Review the proposal. Every service is a card with route, timing, vehicle and price. Change passengers, luggage, dates or times and the price is recalculated instantly. Ask our team anything from the conversation panel on the proposal page.
- 4. Book. Accept the proposal, choose the payment plan, and receive a confirmation and an invoice in your company's name. Driver details follow before the trip.
- 5. On the road. Our support team is available during your trip; drivers are briefed with the final program.
What is included in a price
Vehicle, fuel, professional driver and applicable taxes. Not included unless listed on the quotation: road tolls, parking fees, city access permits, ferries and tunnels, entrance fees, guides and driver gratuities. Driver accommodation on multi-day charters is shown as a separate line.
Vehicles
Executive minivans (up to 7), minibuses (16 to 20 seats), midi coaches (30 to 35 seats), standard coaches (49 to 57 seats) and double-deckers (up to 84 seats). Vehicles are selected for seats and luggage: with one suitcase per passenger, minibuses and light coaches are excluded automatically.
